Automated decisions and profiling

Corvyn Reserve does not make lending or credit decisions. Those decisions, including any automated ones, are made by the third-party lenders you choose to work with, under their own notices and policies.

What we do

We use basic logic to route your request to lenders and partners in our network who may fit it. This routing does not approve or deny credit and has no legal or similarly significant effect on you.

Your choices

Where applicable law gives you rights regarding profiling, you can exercise them through our privacy request form.

This page is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice. Corvyn Reserve recommends that these terms be reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction.
