The service

Corvyn Reserve is an advertising and referral service that connects users with third-party lenders and partners. Corvyn Reserve is not a lender and does not make credit decisions or guarantee approval. Any loan is made solely by a third-party lender under its own terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Consent to contact

By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by Corvyn Reserve and the lenders and partners in our network by email regarding your request and related offers. You can withdraw email consent at any time in message preferences.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Corvyn Reserve does not warrant that you will be matched with a lender or that any offer will be available on any particular terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvyn Reserve LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any transaction with a third-party lender.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
